Paula Morison currently presents her work as part of a group show called "Depictions Of Living".
The exhibition features 77 selected emerging artists exploring issues surrounding climate breakdown exhibited alongside artefacts and photos from protest movements, connecting the art world and environmental movements, enmeshing art and activism in a contemporary gallery space.
Essential to the exhibition design is participation and interaction. The show will host a range of events including a private view, talks, educational workshops, and a day devoted to families and children of East London. The venue, The Art Pavilion, overlooks a lake in an area of rare greenery in the city, a space designed to encourage a connection between nature and the community. The wish is to make the exhibition a real hub of activity in the area.
"Depictions Of Living" is curated by Samuel Ivan Roberts and Roshanak Khahban.
