Marcus Cope (UK, 1980) is an English painter working at APT Studios in London. He was the curator and co-founder of the Marmite Prize, and he exhibited extensively in museums and galleries in Europe, most notably at the Guildhall Art Gallery, London, National Museum, Wrocław, Poland and Bohusläns Museum, Sweden. Cope is painting stories of people he met, or places he visited, memories.
