Nour El Saleh (Lebanon, 1997) explores alterations of faces, figures and flora. The grotesque lurks behind beauty, as mystery lurks behind the mundane. A contrast between fluidity and chaos, with a use of colour connected to that of her home country. Nour is at the last year of her BA at Slade, and was recently part of exhibitions in Moscow and London.
